How does it work? UCAS is a global platform where you can submit up to 5 applications for undergraduate studies anywhere in the UK. It is our task to help you find suitable programs based on your interests and budget and submit the application in a timely manner.
2025 Entry UCAS Timeline
- 14 May 2024 – you can start your application and search for courses
- 3 September 2024 – the earliest you can submit your application to UCAS
- 15 October 2024 – deadline for any course at the universities of Cambridge and Oxford, and for the courses in medicine, veterinary sciences, and dentistry.
- 29 January 2025 – final deadline for all other courses and universities
Fun facts
You cannot apply to the University of Oxford and Cambridge at the same time. You must choose only one of these two prestigious universities.
If you are applying for med/vet or dentistry courses, you can choose up to 4 programs. Your 5th choice must be something different.
Application process
The best time to start working on your application is one year in advance. The first step is deciding what program(s) is suitable for you. If you are unsure of what you want to study or what career you aim to pursue, we suggest taking vocational guidance tests with a psychologist to determine your preferences, skillsets, and motivation.
The next step is working on your university list and finding the best combination according to your location preferences, budget, university ranking, grades, and career prospects. Don’t worry, that’s what we are here for – to help you browse and make a list together with you.
Once the UCAS application is open you should start working on it and complete as many sections as you can.
Personal Statement is the most important section of your application. What should you include in your personal statement? How to begin? What makes your essay stand out? What should you avoid? What are universities looking for? We have all the answers and will give you clear instructions on how to write it and provide feedback on your work later. We will make sure your piece of writing fulfills all the requirements before we submit it. Writing a perfect personal statement can take even a few months, so make sure you start on time, and you leave plenty of time for revision and proofreading. Remember, your essay is sometimes even more important than your grades!
Letter of recommendation – you are required to have one letter of recommendation and we will help you decide which recommender will contribute to your application the most.
UCAS application fee is 28.50 GBP for 2025 Entry, so make sure you have a credit card with an online payment option.
